Here are 3 tips for your review :
Tip 1- Is the aluminum material profile thermal break?
PA66 nylon heat insulation strip is used as a bridge to link the two ends of aluminum profile for heat insulation. As the temperature difference between inside and outside , which will not transfer heat worked as energy saving.
Normally aluminum profiles with same color inside and outside, and heat conduction is fast. Because of the cold and hot bridge, the internal and external energy of bridge broken aluminum profiles can not be exchanged through the profiles, so the thermal insulation is good. Therefore, it is better to choose thermal break aluminum profiles. We should also notice whether there are any scratches, scratches, deformation and other defects on the aluminium surface finish, and check surface treatment color is smooth and bright.
Tip 2-Glass thickness with Certificated glass marks
For construction security, we’d better choose toughened glass, as toughed glass even damaged there is no sharp edges to hurt human body. With thicker glass the insulation performance will be better. It’s better to make a flat track less than 2mm height for older and children’s care , with water drainage design and easy clean style.
Installation notice:
Glass with higher transparency is more beautiful and practical. Especially in cloudy or rainy days, the glass with good transparency is brighter than the glass with too many patterns, which is even more energy-saving.
When installing the sliding door, check whether the joint angle of the sliding door is smooth, whether the frame is deformed, make sure the opening direction and lock direction are installed incorrectly, whether the glass installed properly, whether the top and sealing strip are installed well before installing into the concrete opening
